Add Roto node to get the alpha mask form human hand.Then put the copy node background connect to video, and alpha mask connect to Roto node. Add a premult to make sure the edge is full of colour.

Add Tracker node, double click add tracker or alt+control+Left mouse button, select all tracker point on green screen,Set the timeline to the first frame and click ▶️(track to end). Then press create, it can get a cornerpin node.and put mirror and reformat node.

Finally add the merge to combine the two video.
