FMP Week6
This is one of my favourite shots of all.

Simply get the scene set up.

Tree

I have used two methods to make the tree. The first is to draw the shape of the trunk with dots, then add the skin modifier and adjust the values to get the approximate shape of the tree. Then I used the image to plane function that comes with blender to make a flat image of the leaves and attach it to the branches.
The second method is to use blender’s own plug-in function for generating trees to create them. It is only necessary to adjust a few parameters to create the different shapes of the tree trunks. Again the leaves need to be made separately and then attached to the trunk.
Both methods can be used in the same way to sub-UV and give materials.
( The largest tree in the middle is an asset )

The yellow cross in the picture is the focus icon for the camera.

This lens has a depth-of-field effect. As the camera moves, the trees in the scene go from blurred to clear.I changed the parameters of the camera to achieve this effect.
The atmosphere of this image was mainly created by lighting and creating a fog effect.

I used a very large number of point lights to create a blue-green ambient light for the trees.

I made the fog using Principled Volume

This scene took a long time to render. The first few renders did not work very well because of the fog algorithm combined with the extraordinary amount of light.
